We do not increase management reports — we reduce them. But the ones that remain:

create accountability
are followed up on

We want the teams we work with to take initiative. Some colleagues already in their roles may fall short in terms of their training, personality, or professional experience when it comes to exercising initiative effectively, being aware of all available options and choosing the right one, making timely decisions, and ensuring proper communication and coordination during implementation. Where individuals show potential for development, these gaps can be addressed.
